Introduction || This 2-week-long cycling tour covers the most sought-after travel destinations in Darjeeling and Sikkim hills. We start the trip from Kurseong – a low-altitude hill station in Darjeeling. Continuing to Sikkim, we cover the west and southern part before reaching Gangtok – the capital. From here, we come back to North Bengal and head to the foothill plains in Dooars via Kalimpong. In the end, we stay at a nature resort near Gorumara National Park, where you can go for a wildlife safari. In many areas during this journey, you will come across beautiful villages, lush tea estates, and agricultural fields with the stunning backdrop of the snowy Himalayan range. A mixed accommodation will be offered with standard hotels or lodges and few homestay options in rural areas. We will avoid the traffic-infested road as much as possible. However, in some patches, this is unavoidable. This tour has been designed for all age groups starting from 18 years with a minimum of mountain biking experience.
