Introduction || This short tour of 4 nights and five days will mainly concentrate on Kurseong, Mirik and Darjeeling's prime tea gardens areas. All three places produce high-quality orthodox and organic tea, for which Darjeeling is known worldwide. Our biking trail will follow some of these prime tea gardens to give you an overview of tea history and production. There will be an opportunity for tea testing, short nature walks, bird watching, picnic lunch by a local stream, a heritage steam train ride in Darjeeling and much more. We have selected unique accommodation in each place, which is among the best in the respective areas, and give you a memorable staying experience, including a boutique hotel, a unique planter's tea bungalow and a heritage hotel in Darjeeling. You have about 85 KMs of biking in 3 days which is relatively easy even for the beginners. A backup vehicle will be available throughout the tour, and you can use this whenever you need it.
